I'm always drawn to trees when out exploring with the camera and I’ve combined this with my love for monochrome. Trees are powerful symbols of life and create a connection between the landscape and sky. Silhouetted against the dramatic backlight, surrounded by soft mist or covered in snow, trees are a wonder to behold.
